The hotel with reasonably spacious and cozy rooms, in a fairly quiet area, close to the bus station. Exceptionally nice location for our visit to a colored cathedral at a medium distance from the property.

Incredible location, just minutes away from the city center and I felt safe walking alone at night. Tons of nearby restaurants and an artisan market within a short walk. The host organized a fantastic Day of the Dead event, taking us to the cemetery and a beautiful location in town. The rooftop has a stunning view, although the wifi signal and power outlets were lacking. The people were friendly and the energy was relaxed. Check-out early in the morning was a breeze.

I stayed at Casa Apapacho Hostel for five nights and had an amazing time. The owner, Tanya, made Dia de Los Muertos extra special by sharing local customs and culture with us. The staff, especially Perla, Henry, and chipilina the cat, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hostel had a lovely terrace where we met interesting people and joined in on activities. The private room was beautifully decorated and clean. it was a cozy and friendly place to stay with great value for the price paid.
I can definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Apapacho! the location was perfect , just a short walk to the city center, and we felt safe walking back alone even at night. There were some great restaurants nearby and the artisan market was only a two, minute walk away. the host organized a wonderful event for the Day of the Dead, taking us to the cemetery and a beautiful location in town. They even provided makeup and gave us plenty of ideas for other places to visit. the rooftop had a stunning view, although the WiFi signal was a bit weak up there and there weren't many power outlets. the people were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. We also had no problems with an early morning check, out. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent! 👌.
